Wildlife Technician
Full-Time Helper Position
(32+ Hours/Week)
📍 Hunt County & Surrounding Areas
Overview:
This position starts as a Helper with 3 months of paid, hands-on training and will transition into a Wildlife Technician.
During training, we’ll work toward:
✔️ Obtaining your Pest Technician License
✔️ Cross-training in Pest Control to assist with overflow jobs
✔️ Preparing you to run your own truck as a technician
No experience required — we train the right person.
Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting with wildlife removal & pest control jobs
• Helping set up ladders, equipment, and materials
• Supporting exclusion work, trapping setups, and treatments
• Keeping trucks organized and stocked
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
Requirements:
This is a physical, hands-on job, including:
• Climbing ladders & accessing roofs
• Entering crawlspaces and attics
• Lifting equipment
• Working outdoors in Texas weather
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Comfortable speaking with customers
Pay & Growth:

Office Administrator
Part-Time (with Path to Full-Time)
This position starts part-time with a clear path to full-time employment as the company continues to grow.

Overview:
The Office Administrator plays a key role in customer communication, scheduling support, and general office organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
• Answering phones and providing friendly, professional customer support
• Assisting with scheduling and administrative tasks
• Supporting office operations and internal communication
• Assisting at occasional networking or community events
• Maintaining organized records and documentation
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with basic to intermediate computer skills
(Google Docs, Excel, email, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and adapt as the company grows
